The most frequently asked question we get is, “Why won’t my order go through? It says there’s no shipping service available.”
The most likely answer is one of the following…
- You haven’t registered for an account at DOLL-WORLD. To place an order, an account is required. This helps maintain security for our website and our customers. It’s easy to register – you just need a name, email address, username, and password.
- You haven’t signed into your existing DOLL-WORLD account. Being logged in allows our site to recognize you as a customer and access your shipping address to calculate shipping for your order.
- You haven’t stored a valid shipping address in your account. We require a shipping address to be maintained on file so the system can calculate shipping cost when you place an order.
