CARE NOTES: Should any of the items in this selection need cleaning, please follow instructions below for best results:

• BAG – Bag is semi-flex vinyl plastic and can be wiped or hand-washed with soap and water – no solvents, no machine washing. Shake off excess water, allow to air dry thoroughly before using or storing.
• DRESS – Dress is a handmade garment crocheted with nylon thread. Spot clean with water and gentle soap if needed. If complete wash is required, hand wash (no machine wash) with gentle soap and warm water, then rinse well, blot dry, and lay damp item flat on towel over waterproof surface to dry.
• HAT – Hat is a handmade garment crocheted with nylon thread saturated with a dried glue/water stiffening solution. Spot clean only with damp cloth and gentle soap if needed. Immersing item in water will cause stiffening solution to dissolve. If complete immersion wash is needed, hand wash (no machine wash) with with gentle soap and warm water, then rinse well and blot dry. To restiffen and reshape the hat, create a doll-head-sized aluminum foil half-ball round on top and flat on bottom. Tape the aluminum foil ball to the center of a piece of plastic (like from retail packaging or a sheet protector). Center the damp hat over the aluminum foil form and press firmly to shape the hat over the form. Generously apply a 50/50 solution of water and white school glue over the entire hat. (Use disposable brush with flexible bristles, or if using a good brush, be sure to wash it thoroughly with soap and water after use to remove glue residue.) Allow hat to dry thoroughly, and periodically checking the shape while drying. Store hat brim flat with a ball of tissue or paper towel to keep the head shape supported.
