REDRESSED, REBODIED. Integrity’s interpretation of the 1957 cinematic musical, “Funny Face,” starring Audrey Hepburn, featured several dolls, including the character Maggie Prescot played by actress Kay Thompson. This rendition of the character doesn’t perfectly resemble Ms. Thompson, but it’s close enough to create a commanding lady rebodied on a color-matched statuesque Color Infusion / Jem & the Holograms body with proportions similar to modern Fashion Royalty that can wear most high-end clothing from collector fashion doll lines like Integrity and JDH, etc. This body style has larger (removable) hands and much larger high-heel feet that require a special shoe size.* This stunning lady comes with the following:
- JACKET – Black jacquard jacket with blue and burgundy pattern has hidden front hook and thread loop closures and decorative buttons.
- SHIRT – Black lacy Trico shirt has ruffles on the front and cuffs, hidden front hook and thread loop closures, and decorative buttons. (NOTE: for dressing ease, shirt is tucked inside jacket to be put on doll as a unit.)
- PANTS – Black stretch capris from a made-to-move yoga Barbie create a slick silhouette with hems that easily stay tucked inside the boots.
- SHOES – Black faux suede high heel boots have front decorative lacing detail and sturdy back zippers. (NOTE 1: Zippers on doll boots can be contrary and difficult to manage when dressing/undressing the doll. To avoid forcing the slide, which could cause breakage, we recommend using bent needle nose pliers or some other similar tool to grip the zipper slide and move it up and down when taking off boots or putting them on doll. This gown and accessories set comes from the 2006 Integrity Modern Pompadour Premium line dressed doll Veronique Perrin “Lights, Camera, Royal. This fits the tall “wasp waist” FR body type with slender hips, and should fit dolls with similar proportions, including Poppy Parker, Dynamite Girls, and more brands. Set includes:
- Gown – Lined lavender/mauve mermaid gown with extra length in the back of the full mermaid skirt. Gown is embellished with overlays of black lace on the bodice, and black tulle panels on the side sections of the dress main body. The mermaid skirt has a top black tulle layer with sewn tulle ruffles.
- Heels – Matching lavender/mauve closed-toe/open-heel mules with black tulle overlay and black ribbon ankle ties.
- Undergarments – Lined black satin panties with attached garters, and black thigh-high nylons.
- Jewelry – Necklace with ornate multi tiers consisting of black ribbon ties holding together a collection of clear and lavender faux gems (diamonds, and amethyst). Set of dangle earrings with coordinating faux gems and black ribbon accents.

INTEGRITY/WU GOWN-JACKET-JEWELRY SET. This Jason Wu design features a long-sleeve black velveteen demi-jacket trimmed and lined with baby-blue satin over a stunning floor-length gown in baby-blue satin-taffeta with back zipper, fitted tailored bodice, and drop waistline giving way to an ostentatious flowing full skirt with strategic pleats and tucks ending in a rounded back train. Black and white checked trim adorns portions of the ribbon-strap neckline and waistline for an overall impression of pristine formality with a feminine flair. The necklace has a circle of drop-string cross-shaped gems fanning down from the neck while the cross-shaped gem drop earrings are dangle-mounted from metal posts about the width of a sewing straight pin to fit high-end fashion dolls like Fashion Royalty with small ear holes. Jewelry set will come packaged in a foam-insert window box and will be tissue-wrapped to prevent shifting during shipping.
NOTE: If your doll does not have ear holes, you can easily create them with a plastic pushpin inserted into the lobe of each ear – just make sure the holes are symmetrically even. Most Fashion Royalty dolls come with holes already or have “starter” holes that are indents signifying where the holes should be made. Jewelry is delicate – handle with care. Necklace has a small “S” hook and circle clasp that is very “fiddly” to fasten – angled needle-nose pliers may prove helpful in holding clasp steady while fastening.

Very pale Mattel Lea sculpt, originally the sister Blair from “The 12 Dancing Princesses” series, has long soft wavy brunette hair in a half-up pony, a serene expression with lavender-blue eyes, soft lavender-pink eye shadow subtly enhanced with gold glitter, and soft medium pink lip color. This lovely lady is rebodied on an Integrity Toys Dynamite Girls body with newer style arms, removable hands, older style articulated knees, and “split toe” feet (somewhat smaller like original articulated Fashion Royalty prior to introduction of the “wasp waist” tall body). This body torso is similar in size and proportion to the typical Poppy Parker body.

- DRESS – Lightweight cotton-poly blend material has a smooth feel. NUDE. This Jade doll from the Integrity Janay and Friends play-line has alluring blue eyes and hip-length straight brown hair. She’s been head-swapped to a tone-matched Poppy Parker / Misaki body with articulation at neck, chest, shoulders, elbows, writs, hips, knees, and ankles. Hands are removable for easy dressing. Her somewhat larger feet can wear some roomier Barbie shoes, or shoes made for dolls with larger feet. With a smaller bust and hips, she can wear many clothing pieces designed for dolls smaller than the standard belly-button Barbie. Body is in good shape. Hair is fairly soft but not the best quality (remember, it’s play-line), but this unique doll will make a great addition to any collection.

The head is a strong improvement over the play-line version, with long silky black Saran hair. Rebodied on a tone-matched Poppy Parker body for greater posing versatility, this doll has removable hands for easier dressing. This is a unique one-of-a-kind doll that would be a great starter doll for collectors new to Fashion Royalty.

DRESSED, WIGGED. This serene Jasper* is unique among Integrity’s Dynamite Girls, as she does not come with rooted hair, but has a slightly molded smooth scalp painted reddish brown, designed to wear wigs. She has warm pale complexion, bright aqua eyes, rooted lashes, and soft pink slightly pursed lips. (*NOTE: Our best-guess is that this doll is Jasper, as we were unable to positively identify her. Judging by the hand and knee type, we assume she was a transition-style doll similar to others issued in 2010, as she has the second-generation arms without the upper joint but with the original smaller style non-removable hands. Her legs have the newer style improved “prettier” knee joint and slightly larger high heel feet.) She comes with the following:
- TOP – This genuine Integrity Dynamite Girls long-sleeve cropped jacket-style shirt is made of black satin-taffeta with embroidered/stitched-in pale aqua, deep pink, and orange dots. The deep lapel-style neckline has two front snap closures and a single deep pink decorative button. The sleeves have deep pink cotton-blend ruffle cuffs for a unique fashionable look.
- PANTS – Shorty shorts are constructed of material matching the jacket-shirt and snap in the back, with an attached faux belt in black patent pleather and a gold metallic faux belt buckle.
- SHOES – Joe Tai brand deep pink hard sole heels have deep pink pleather uppers with a toe strap and double curved side heel straps attached to an ankle strap with a tiny silver metallic slide buckle that can be left buckled and slid over the doll’s heels when putting on or removing the shoes – just slide the toe strap over the toes while sliding the ankle strap over the heel of the foot. Shoes will come packaged in a Joe Tai brand pink and white lift-top shoe box great for dioramas/photos.
- WIG – This genuine Mattel wig came with a “You Create” three-doll made-to-move kit and has a soft clear silicone-like cap with soft and shiny straight hair fiber sewn in a side-part style. (NOTE: We have no idea what wig originally came with this doll, so we are including this Mattel wig for a starter, as it has fairly nice hair fiber and looks pretty good on this doll. The wig tends to stay put, but a common technique used by collectors involves strategically adhering a couple small strips of double-sided tape to the doll’s scalp to hold the wig securely in place. The wig and tape can easily be removed without damaging the doll’s head or the wig. If any sticky residue remains, simply rub off with fingers – no need for cleaning chemicals or detergents or water.)
