With vet and farrier experience, she’s an important asset to the Circle-B, applying her knowledge to keep the working cow ponies fit and happy, and making sure the livestock have up-to-date inoculations and whatever else is required to keep them in tip-top shape. Her motto Is, “Doing what you love is freedom. Loving what you do is happiness.” She’s very happy at the Circle-B, surrounded by and taking care of the animals she loves.

She loves the rodeo lifestyle and traveling to different places, performing her rescue antics in front of cheering crowds. In the off-season, she works at the Circle-B, pitching in however she can to help her sister and cousins with the ranch.

REDRESSED. The Mattel character name “Courtney” originally represented a redheaded friend of teen Skipper and was briefly changed to represent brunette friend of Barbie in the Fashion Fever era, briefly using the Lara face sculpt, and eventually destined to morph into the amusing villainous character, Raquelle, in the “Life in the Dream House” CGI animated web series. This Courtney, from the earlier CGI animated series, “The Barbie Diaries,” still retains remnants of the wide-eyed innocence of the original Courtney character in the teen Skipper era.
Courtney has large, lively green eyes, lavender eye makeup and an open smile with lavender lips. Her thick black waist-length hair with auburn streaks and bangs has been restyled, taken down from the original pigtails. She comes on her original pale pink belly-button body with click-bend knees and factory-inserted small plastic lavender hoop earrings. Her torso on side seams has a slight bit of pink staining that is barely noticeable. She wears a Xian-Xian (China “super model”) branded short-sleeve rib-stretch crew-neck crop top with raw hem, paired with a loose pleated cotton-blend lavender plaid flare mini skirt and flex-vinyl slip-on translucent purple slip-on ankle-strap high-heel sandals. Clothing items have back Velcro-type closures.

This pink heart-print satin-taffeta dress has a sweetheart neckline, tulle upper, and purple ribbon bow adornment attached at the drop-waist. This garment came from 1997 17649 Special Edition Barbie Valentine and fits a variety of dolls. Shown on an articulated belly-button doll. Back snap closures.
NOTE: This dress has seen better days. While the satin-taffeta portion is in great shape, the tulle upper shoulder portion has some tears in the back. Some of the plastic snaps need to be sewn more securely, and one of the snaps was replaced with a metal snap. From the front, this dress looks pretty nice, but we tossed it on the FREE pile due to other issues noted.

This genuine Mattel 1996 “Flower Fun” Barbie dress in hot pink satin and pink mod floral satin taffeta has hot pink straps over a bodice of glitter-infused lacy tulle, with back snap closure at the collar and back Velcro-type closure near the waist. Shown on a clone body doll similar in proportion to the original Integrity Poppy Parker. Shoes sold separately. NOTE: Pink bodice is faded in the front, and a flower adornment is missing from that area. Otherwise everything is in good condition. Not perfect, so we tossed it on the FREE pile!
